House Addition

This project in Evans City, PA included removing an old wooden deck and erecting a residential brick addition to add a sun room to the home and expand the existing cellar's utility space. The winter picture with the deck was what it looked like when we signed the contract--before we started work. Then in the spring Big Red rolled onto the site with the backhoe. Doc started digging the foundation to pour the new footer.

Sewage Treatment Facilty

This project included the surveying, excavation, and installation of underground pipe and tie in to pre-fab concrete catch basins in Lawrence County for a new sewage treatment plant. The wet weather made the jobsite look more like a mud wrestling pit!

Swimming Pool

For this project, we excavated and installed the pool, then landscaped and finished the surface for a residential customer in the North Hills of Pittsburgh, PA.

Retaining Wall

This project included the installation of gabion baskets near the shore of the river in Pittsburgh, installing a fence, and backfilling.

Park Gazebo

This project was located at a local park in the North Hills of Pittsburgh. Project included land clearing, digging a foundation, pouring a footer, installing the gazebo, laying new sod, and landscaping around the gazebo.

Commercial Parking Lot

We recently completed a commercial parking lot in New Castle, PA that included installing curbs and sidewalks. Here is a picture of Nick (aka "Doc") building the curb forms to pour the next day.

Swimming Pool - Cranberry

Installed a residential 14x24 swimming pool (4' to 7' deep) in Cranberry Township, the Pittsburgh North Hills area for a couple of new homeowners. This project included excavating the back yard, installing the pre-fab pool, grading, and landscaping the lot. Here we off-loaded the backhoe and delivered the pool. Then we dug the deep end and graded it smooth. Doc, Kevin, and Rich started setting up the pool walls. Next, we set the steps on the back wall. Then we poured concrete and backfilled the edges with gravel. Next we set the fence and filled the pool. Voila!
